I thank my supplier Patrick, since our collaboration in 2019, who is always available to provide information and give advice, serious in his profession and in good humor. He raises his own cows and calves, his products all come from local agriculture. It takes a lot of courage and perseverance, in the context of globalization today, to meet the challenge of the local market and employing employees in a small structure.
